Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address their specific areas of difficulty.
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and their parents or guardians.
Experience:
- Previous experience in tutoring is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects being tutored
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patience and empathy when working with students of different ages and abilities.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan and manage tutoring sessions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job-related location requirement:
- Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
