Pay Rate: $23/Hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs all direct services in compliance with the patient's care plan.
- Helps residents with their personal hygiene such as, but not limited to mouth care, foot care, eye and ear care.
- Make bed rounds on all assigned residents and report status to nurse.
- Report all changes in residents condition.
- Record the residents food and liquid intake.
- Ensures prompt answer to residents calls, address resident issues promptly.
- Report all accidents or incidents during their shift.
- Take vital signs, measure pulse rates , respiration and blood pressure.
- Gathering of medical supplies.
- Assists patients to meet their nutritional and hydration requirements.
- Transporting and moving patients, including helping them get into wheelchairs or beds.
- Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients.
