Service Route Driver
Position: Service Route Driver
Reports To: Operations Manager / Dispatcher
Position Summary
The Service Route Driver is responsible for servicing portable restrooms, hand wash stations, and holding tanks safely, efficiently, and professionally while providing excellent customer service. The driver represents the company at every jobsite and is expected to complete assigned routes accurately and on schedule.
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete assigned service route each day.
- Pump, clean, sanitize, and restock portable restrooms and handwash stations.
- Inspect units for damage and report repairs needed.
- Follow all scheduled service frequencies and route instructions.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck.
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Communicate route issues, customer concerns, and service delays to the dispatcher.
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at every stop.
- Complete all required paperwork and electronic route documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (CDL if required).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Complete assigned route safely and efficiently.

- Maintain excellent attendance.
- Minimize customer complaints.
- Maintain clean and accurate service records.
- Help protect company equipment by performing daily inspections and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
