American Traveler is hiring an LPN with long-term care experience for a 13-week skilled nursing facility assignment on a night shift schedule.

Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in a long-term care (LTC) unit
-
Long-term care resident population requiring direct nursing care
-
Night shift schedule: 6x12-hour shifts, 18:45–07:15

Active LPN license required (license required if applicable)

Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required

Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation

Current BLS certification required
-
Flexible scheduling availability required
-
2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, performing accurate medication passes, monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition, and completing timely documentation

Supervises CNAs on assigned units

Provides nursing care in accordance with facility policies

Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for this role
