Butter & Jam and Burger Bistro are part of B & J Group LLC. We are seeking energetic and guest-focused Servers to join our team for our Madison and Garwood locations. If you love hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Take food and beverage orders
- Recommend menu items and specials
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams
- Help create an outstanding dining experience
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Compensation: $30–$45+ per hour including tips (top performers may earn more).
