We are seeking a dedicated Access Control Officer to join our team in the US. Based in your area, this role is vital in maintaining the safety and security of our clients by managing access points efficiently. Your contribution will uphold our company's core values of dependability and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter premises.
- Conduct regular security checks and patrol assigned areas.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms.
- Maintain accurate logs of access activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Provide first aid or CPR if required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Use CCTV systems to monitor premises effectively.
- Enforce loss prevention policies to protect assets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles.
- Certification in first aid and CPR.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Ability to remain dependable and reliable under pressure.
- Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts.
