JoGip Property Management is one of the fastest-growing residential property management companies in North Texas, managing hundred of homes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.
This is a dynamic position that combines office coordination with field responsibilities. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent in the office coordinating maintenance operations, while 40% will be spent in the field visiting properties, meeting vendors, inspecting work, and documenting repairs.

Position Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance repairs from the time a request is received until the work is completed and billed. This role serves as the primary point of communication between property owners, tenants, and vendors while ensuring repairs are completed quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess incoming maintenance requests
- Create and assign work orders
- Manage the daily maintenance work order queue
- Coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors
- Create repair estimates and scopes of work
- Obtain owner approvals for repair estimates
- Purchase maintenance supplies and materials as needed
- Schedule vendors and coordinate repair appointments
- Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, and vendors
- Visit properties to inspect maintenance issues
- Meet vendors on-site when necessary
- Take photos and document property conditions
- Monitor job progress through completion
- Review vendor invoices and bill completed work orders
- Maintain accurate records within the property management software
- Assist with special maintenance projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance coordination, property management, construction, or related experience is required
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-Time
