Veterinary Assistant; Full time or Part time position available. Experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right person. We are a growing clinic looking to add new members to our current team. Office is fully computerized with an in house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasonography, surgical suite, and dentistry on site. Must be able to type, communicate well with doctors, staff and clients, be detail oriented, self-motivated and able to prioritize and maintain hospital flow.
The assistant duties will include but are not limited to; point of sales, answering phones, cleaning, patient intake, patient discharge, assisting technicians with prepping for surgeries, setting up diagnostic tests, assisting veterinarian, animal restraint, assisting with digital radiographs, data entry.
