We are a fast-growing Short-Term Rental management company seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do
- Complete daily and weekly maintenance tasks across multiple short-term rental properties
- Respond promptly to same-day service calls and guest maintenance requests
- Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance (plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry, HVAC checks, appliance troubleshooting, etc.)
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure homes meet company standards
- Replenish and manage maintenance supplies and inventory
- Assist the Maintenance Coordinator, Owner Relations Managers, and Operations Team with ongoing projects and tasks
- Maintain organized records and notes from property visits
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams regarding work status and issues

- Basic to intermediate maintenance/handyman skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Hospitable, professional communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Dependable, punctual, and able to report to work on schedule
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-call style environment
- Weekend availability is required
