AT&T Customer Enrollment Associate
OS Business Concepts California is looking for an outgoing and motivated AT&T Customer Enrollment Associate to join our team in the Fremont area. In this role, you’ll meet with customers face-to-face, introduce AT&T services, answer questions, and help customers choose options that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do As An AT&T Customer Enrollment Associate
- Meet with potential customers in assigned residential areas
- Present AT&T products, services, and current offers
- As a Customer Acquisition Representative,ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
- Assist customers through the enrollment and sales process
- Build positive customer relationships through professional, friendly service
- Work with the team to meet individual and campaign sales goals
- Participate in ongoing AT&T Customer Enrollment Associate training dedicated to enhancing your knowledge on product, sales, and leadership.
