Duties
- Greet members warmly, preferable by their name and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Jonas
- Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages with professionalism and flair
- Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance member experience and increase members overall awareness
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring timely service delivery
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu options to members
- Handle member inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive member relations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during downtime, taking initiative
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Strong communication skills to engage with members confidently and professionally
- Hospitality or restaurant experience that demonstrates reliability and teamwork
