We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and enjoy coordinating multiple projects while working with clients and field teams, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
* Communicate daily with clients, subcontractors, vendors, project managers, and sales representatives.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
* Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Update and maintain project information in CRM and project management systems.
* Track project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
* Resolve day-to-day operational issues and support production efficiency.
* Assist with administrative and financial coordination related to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Production Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role within the construction industry.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience coordinating large-scale residential construction projects.
* Knowledge of finance, billing, and collections.
* Experience with construction management software such as JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar platforms.
