Mold Zero LLC is looking for a motivated Foreman / Mold Estimator who can manage remediation projects from the initial inspection through final completion. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while growing company revenue.
What You'll DoEstimating & Sales
- Perform on-site inspections and prepare accurate mold remediation estimates
- Deliver scopes of work within 24 hours
- Educate homeowners on the remediation process
- Follow up on estimates and close projects
- Build trust with customers and maintain excellent communication throughout the job
Foreman Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise mold remediation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate daily job schedules, materials, and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Perform job site quality control and final walkthroughs
- Train and mentor technicians while maintaining productivity
- Communicate progress and any project changes with customers and office staff
- Maintain proper documentation, photos, and job records
What You Need
- 1-2+ years of mold remediation experience
- Previous experience leading crews or supervising field personnel preferred
- Sales or estimating experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces when necessary
- Must pass background and drug screening
Schedule
- Full-time (40+ hours)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends when projects require
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
