Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate standard passenger cars and other vehicles, including manual transmission models, with confidence and precision.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in parking areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, giving directions, and offering assistance as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing valet fees or tips, utilizing retail math and cashiering skills.
- Perform outdoor work duties such as heavy lifting of vehicle keys or equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of the valet area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars required.
- Prior dealership or automotive service experience preferred; familiarity with automotive features is a plus.
- Ability to operate manual transmissions confidently; experience as a delivery driver is advantageous.
- Strong guest services and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; physical ability for heavy lifting required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Experience in outdoor work environments such as parking lots or retail settings preferred.
