Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)
What You'll Do You will provide professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards - while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.
What You Need

5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment

Experience making repair vs. replace decisions

Advanced customer service skills

Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles

Universal EPA Certification

Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certification within 1 year

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles

Certificate of completion from an HVAC Trade School (preferred)

Ability to safely operate scissor and genie lifts
