Core Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care
- Provide medication management and clinical consultations
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare partners
- Administer immunizations, long-acting injectables, and other clinical services
- Support medication adherence and wellness initiatives
- Mentor pharmacy technicians and staff
- Contribute to quality improvement and practice development
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Active Iowa Pharmacist License or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Team-oriented approach to collaborative practice
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- CPR Certification
- Interest in implementing clinical services
- Passion for advancing the pharmacy profession
- Desire to grow in a community pharmacy setting

Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (every third to fourth)
- Position type: Full-time, with part-time available
- Start date: Immediate opening
