About the Role:
The Regional Maintenance Director is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance activities for our multiple facilities in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be expected to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team of maintenance professionals. Your expertise in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and building maintenance will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with facility administrators to develop and implement capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility maintenance management or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and building maintenance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
