Our home health company is looking for a flexible, reliable, and skilled CNA to help with our current client needs. We are looking for someone to take on a full client case loads as assigned in the Metro Denver Area. We have clients who need assistance with ADLs, Hoyer or slide board transfers, bowel programs, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and meal prep.

Lead Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
- Assist the agency with urgent staffing needs by providing exceptional in-home care to multiple clients throughout the Denver Metro area.
- Work primarily daytime shifts ranging from 1–12 hours, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend on-call availability required.
- Provide personal care as directed by the supervising nurse, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, oral care, and obtaining/documenting vital signs.
- Follow each client's individualized plan of care while assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, shopping, and specialized care such as colostomy/urostomy care.
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and BrightStar Care's high standards of quality care.
Lead Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year of documented CNA experience is required
- CNA License in CO
- Valid Driver's License
- Certified CPR or BLS and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Reliable Car and Auto Insurance
- E/O Weekend On-Call Availability
- Ability to pass a Drug Screen
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
