We are looking for experienced professional painters and team leads. If you take pride in detailed, high-quality work and enjoy working outdoors, this is a great opportunity. We specialize in residential and light commercial painting.
Interior painting experience is a plus — we often have projects that include both exterior and interior painting, giving you more opportunities for hours and growth.
Responsibilities
- Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion
- Prepare and paint/stain decks, railings, fences, and other exterior surfaces
- Perform sanding, scraping, cleaning, and prep work before finishing
- Apply paints, stains, and sealants with a professional finish
- Ensure job site cleanliness and follow all safety procedures
- Occasionally assist with interior painting projects
Requirements
- Experience in exterior interior/exterior painting, staining, or restoration
- Skilled in masking, taping, and working with paint sprayers
- Interior painting experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift and carry materials and equipment (50+ lbs)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
- Drug Test and Background Check.
