Two Shifts Available
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
What You'll Do
As a BLUM TEA Team Member, you'll help create an elevated shopping experience for travelers from around the world by:
- Welcoming customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Helping guests select the perfect tea for travel, wellness, relaxation, energy, sleep, immunity, and comfort.
- Sharing product knowledge and recommending teas, honey, tea accessories, and travel gifts.
- Preparing tea samples when available.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and beautifully merchandised retail space.
- Processing purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Restocking merchandise and ensuring displays remain fully stocked throughout the day.
- Representing the BLUM TEA brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Willing to learn about premium loose-leaf teas and wellness products.
- Previous retail, hospitality, airport, café, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Previous retail, hospitality, café, airport, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
- Must be able to successfully pass the required airport security background check and obtain all necessary airport credentials to work at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the airport's security clearance process.
