Danos Expectation:
The Junior Account Manager will support the Account Management team by assisting with client communications, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring service quality within the oil and gas sector. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to grow in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account managers in managing day-to-day client communication and service delivery

Respond to routine client inquires and escalate issues as needed.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Understand client needs and align company services to meet those requirements

Coordinate internally with operations, recruiting, and support teams to ensure service delivery

Maintain accurate documentation and client records in CRM or account management tools
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management experience required (preferably in oil and gas).

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
