The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests during events and parties. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed throughout the event.
- Manage food service, including setup, serving, and cleanup, while adhering to safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during events.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless event operations.
- Address any guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized party area before, during, and after events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in theater or events management is preferred.
- Strong background in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest inquiries effectively.
- Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is desirable.
- Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
