Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Tractor and Mower Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits of tractors and mowers to customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and deals confidently to close sales efficiently while maximizing value for both the customer and the company.
- Manage existing customer accounts by providing ongoing support, technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote our machinery lineup through various channels, including digital campaigns and local events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and develop strategies for enterprise selling within the agricultural or landscaping sectors.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales involving machinery or technology products.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, identifying new markets, and expanding client base through strategic outreach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to analyze market data, develop strategies, and manage customer relationships proactively.
