As we continue to expand, we are seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our marketing and sales team as a Wireless Sales Representative. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you’ll be the face for current and potential customers, ensuring their experience is seamless while promoting our products and services. What You’ll Do as a Wireless Sales Representative:
- Present products and services directly to current and new customers, offering personalized solutions, building value in our brand, and increasing sales opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team and other Wireless Sales Representatives to improve marketing and sales campaigns aimed at boosting sales performance
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers and support sales goals effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to promote customer loyalty
- Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities to track sales performance and customer satisfaction
What We Look for in a Wireless Sales Representative:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
