Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing attentive and friendly service from seating to departure
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
- Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with basic food preparation or setup as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality, and creating positive dining experiences
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing
- Experience working in nightlife venues or with host/host responsibilities is a plus
