We’re a growing in-home business looking for a cheerful, high-energy, and super-organized Part-Time Assistant who lights up a room with their bubbly personality! If you love turning messy data into clean, beautiful spreadsheets and get excited about organizing systems, this could be the perfect fit. The right person will grow with us into a full-time Office Manager role.What You’ll Do
- High-volume data entry and data migration between platforms
- Create, organize, and maintain detailed spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets expert level)
- Build charts, graphs, and simple statistical reports
- Help streamline processes and keep our business systems running smoothly
- Light administrative tasks, scheduling, and project support as needed
- Bring positive, can-do energy to our small team every day!
- Folder filing.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuinely bubbly, friendly, and upbeat personality — you’re someone people enjoy being around
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, etc.)
- Strong experience with data entry, data migration, and cleaning large datasets
- Comfortable creating graphs and basic statistical visuals
- Extremely detail-oriented and accurate — you actually enjoy organizing chaos
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a home-office setting
- Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in a private residence
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs
- QuickBooks, CRM, or project management tool experience
- Interest in growing into an Office Manager role (we love promoting from within!)
