What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient mental health services as part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer individual, group, and family therapy.
- Support patients in improving their daily lives by identifying areas for continued treatment and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings, treatment planning, and consultations to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong clinical skills and a desire to work in an inpatient setting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
This position may work rotating, evening shifts or weekends. Schedules are subject to change per operational needs for the hospital. Mandatory overtime may be required. This is a tobacco free campus. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis & breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants selected must successfully complete a background check.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Education from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: One (1) year full-time or equivalent part-time working with the mentally ill. Volunteer experience may be considered for experience.
Substitution Information: Additional education and experience may be substituted based on a year-for-year basis or as determined by the Office of Shared Administration Equivalency Chart.

Pay: $44,850.00 - $74,750.00 per year
