Job Summary
Terrace Management owns and operates Supercuts salons across the Tucson area, and we're looking for a proactive, skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our locations looking sharp, safe, and fully functional. In this role, you'll handle everything from painting and drywall repair to basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work across multiple salon locations. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position with variety every day and real opportunity to grow.
Duties
- Paint, patch, and repair interior walls and drywall to keep salons looking fresh and professional
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Install and repair fixtures, lighting, signage, and window coverings
- Perform general carpentry and repair work, inside and out
- Travel between salon locations across the Tucson and surrounding Arizona area, prioritizing and scheduling work efficiently
- Coordinate timing with salon managers to minimize disruption to business hours
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally
- Assist with buildouts, renovations, and remodel projects as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and attractive salon exteriors and entryways
- Keep inventory of tools, parts, and supplies organized
- Complete work orders, reports, and maintenance documentation
- Participate in on-call schedule and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to catch issues before they become bigger problems
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, and report safety concerns immediately
Requirements
- Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a related trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with salon managers and documenting completed work
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to manage time across a rotating schedule, including on-call availability

Pay: $24.50 - $29.50 per hour
