Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing excellent service.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and make accurate change.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Restock merchandise and assist with attractive product displays.
- Prepare and serve ice cream and candy products according to company standards.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate customer requests or issues to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred.
- Strong math and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
- English proficiency required.
