We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, processing, and preparing materials for distribution or production. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming materials and shipments
- Process materials according to company procedures and quality standards
- Label, package, and prepare items for storage or shipment
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and processed materials
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or processing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer or scanner experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
- Warehouse or production setting
- Fast-paced, physically active role
- May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Pay: $25.30 - $30.50 per hour
