Job Summary:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant and Office Manager, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while efficiently managing daily office operations. This energetic position combines clinical support with administrative leadership, ensuring smooth clinic functioning and outstanding patient experiences. You will be responsible for assisting with patient intake, vital signs, and basic clinical procedures, as well as overseeing appointment scheduling, billing, and office organization. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a welcoming environment that promotes health and wellness.
Duties:
- Greet patients warmly and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Assist chiropractors with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, modalities conducting basic physiologic assessments, and preparing treatment rooms.
- Support patient care by managing appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including billing, coding (ICD), insurance verifications, and maintaining organized medical records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate staff schedules, and oversee day-to-day operations to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical administrative support or clinical duties within outpatient clinics is a plus.
- Energetic, bubbly personality.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members while maintaining professionalism at all times.
