Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management and training to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, control, and reporting using warehouse management systems such as AS400
- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and heavy lifting operations with safety as a top priority
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize materials handling workflows
- Manage logistics operations related to 3PL providers, e-commerce fulfillment, and freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance or troubleshooting forklift operations and other warehouse machinery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques and warehouse distribution processes
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms
- Valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling and heavy lifting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Mechanical aptitude for understanding equipment maintenance or troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Experience working within e-commerce logistics or 3PL environments is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
