What You’ll Do

Assist skilled workers with tasks like demolition, material handling, and pipe installation.

Unload and distribute materials according to project plans.

Prepare work areas by measuring, marking, and recording openings or distances.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain clean and organized job sites.

Direct traffic and signal equipment operators for safe movement.

Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or superintendent.
What We’re Looking For
-
Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing assignments.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.

Basic math skills for counting and inventory.

Prior construction experience with trenching required.

Willingness to obtain Competent Person certification for jobsite safety.
Physical Requirements
-
Lift and carry up to 80 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Stand and walk for up to 8 hours; climb stairs while carrying materials.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Available for a 6-day work schedule and occasional night shifts.
Additional Requirements
-
Reliable transportation to various job sites in Metro Nashville and surrounding counties.

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Certifications

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Confined Space Training
-
Competent Person (Trenching/Excavation)
