Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules for home care clients.

Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client preferences.

Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent staffing needs.

Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.

Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.

Assist with onboarding new caregivers into the scheduling system.

Help ensure continuity of care and excellent customer service.

Previous scheduling or staffing experience (home care preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to remain calm and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus.
