Job Description
Job Summary
The Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care (PICU) provides specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients and their families within a tertiary care setting. This role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring adherence to professional standards and hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.
The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.
This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.

The pay range for this position is $38.91 - $58.36. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
