We’re hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with disabilities and help promote independence, daily living skills, and meaningful community participation.
Location: Shillington, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable providing hands-on support and personal care
- Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred
- Support adults with daily routines and activities
- Assist with personal care and independence skills
- Help with community outings, appointments, and transportation
- Encourage skill development and personal growth
- Build positive, supportive relationships
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment
