Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Asphalt Paving Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment to assist in the paving of asphalt surfaces on construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including front loader trucks, backhoes, graders, and bulldozers to facilitate asphalt paving operations.
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Pave asphalt surfaces according to project specifications while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.
Experience
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred, particularly with loaders, dump trucks, and graders.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to build rapport with team members and communicate effectively on-site.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.01 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
