Flying Angel's Child Care is A in Home Family Child Care Center. Looking for a certified Lead Teacher to work 30 hours a week. 3 to 4 days a week (No Weekends). We is looking for A Lead Teacher to supervise the teaching staff, implement lesson plans and perform administrative work. The Lead Teacher will also be required to make daily classroom observations and interact with children one-on-one to help them with any issues or concerns. We're searching for a well-rounded individual who has the ability to oversee multiple tasks, plan lessons in a well-organized manner and maintain strong relationships with staff members and students. Have to have all classes to be a Lead Teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans.
- Teach children basic skills and keeping them engaged in their lessons.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, teachers, and parents.
- Communicate with parents if there is a problem with the child behavior.,.
- Advise other teachers on how to teach their classes.
