Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough neurological evaluations, interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Patient Management: Manage a diverse patient panel focused on chronic neurological conditions, with the opportunity to build a high-volume MS and neuroimmunologic disorder caseload.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with evolving clinical guidelines, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and engage in peer reviews.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution.
- Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency program.
- Certification: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology.
- Licensure: Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas (or eligibility to obtain one swiftly) and current DEA registration.
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal communication, and proficiency with major EHR platforms and telehealth technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fellowship training or substantial clinical experience (2+ years) in Multiple Sclerosis, Neuroimmunology, or Neurophysiology
- Prior experience in a multi-specialty group or academically affiliated practice.
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish).
- Interest in clinical research, mentorship, or teaching.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
