Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients
- Help patients understand treatment options and financing
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Process payments and patient communications
- Support a positive and welcoming patient experience
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members
- Help maintain an organized, productive, and patient-focused schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental office experience required
- At least 2 years of treatment coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Ability to build trust and connect with patients
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Experience with dental insurance and scheduling systems preferred
