Overall Responsibility
The ideal candidate will be able to perform all the duties required and be an outstanding representative of ESCFederal.
Shift: Monday thought Wednesday 11am to 7:30pm (Thursday -Friday OFF) Saturday 11:30 am to 8:00pm Sunday 8:30am to 5pm
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- Perform trash removal and replace containers with empty bags
- Service, supply and clean restrooms including all fixtures; toilets, urinals, partitions,walls, vents and mirrors
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned
- Other cleaning tasks may apply
Requirements
Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum
Must be able to perform all required duties of the position
Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds
Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Experience:
- cleaning / housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
