Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational project management execution across assigned projects from kickoff through closeout
- Facilitate and coordinate formal project kickoff meetings, ensuring scope clarity, stakeholder alignment, and documented action plans
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, including: Project charters, Work breakdown structures (WBS), Project schedules and timelines, Status dashboards and reporting tools, and Risk registers and mitigation plans
- Drive ongoing project status tracking and reporting, providing clear visibility to leadership, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking committed costs, forecasted spend, margin performance, and change impacts
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation, working closely with project managers, production/shop leadership, and field teams
- Oversee project scheduling discipline, ensuring sequencing of work, capacity alignment, and proactive conflict resolution
- Support risk identification and contingency planning, escalating issues early, and recommending corrective actions
- Serve as a primary operational liaison with customers on project execution matters, including timelines, documentation, and change coordination
- Assist in project estimating and proposal preparation, including cost modeling, schedule assumptions, and resource planning inputs
- Prepare and maintain professional client-facing and internal reporting materials utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and other project tools
- Ensure accurate time tracking, hours reporting, and project data integrity within company systems
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution continuity
- Drive process discipline and continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution standards
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned in support of organizational priorities
- Ability to travel as needed to support site surveys, installations, and project execution activities.

Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of progressive project coordination, project management, or operations experience in a project-driven environment. Junior or lower experience candidates could be considered with the right ambition and skills.
- Demonstrated capability in true project planning disciplines, including schedule development, WBS creation, budget tracking, and risk planning
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to build structured reports, financial trackers, and executive presentations
- Experience supporting estimating, cost planning, or proposal development processes preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, documentation, and process discipline skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to interface confidently with customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, scheduling tools, and resource planning concepts
- High attention to detail with a data-driven and execution-focused mindset
- Experience in construction, fabrication, signage, themed environments, production operations, or similar industries strongly preferred
