As a Fence Laborer, you’ll be one of the paws on the ground making the magic happen. No two days are the same – you’ll get to:
- Assist with installing high-quality fences at residential and commercial properties.
- Measure, dig, set posts, and secure panels with precision (and a little muscle).
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions – sunshine, rain, or snow, fences don’t build themselves!
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Team up with crew members to keep jobs on schedule and customers thrilled.
- Learn the ins and outs of professional fence building (with opportunities to grow into leadership).
You don’t need to be a pro – we’ll train the right Cool Cat. But here’s what will make you shine:

(Previous construction, landscaping, or labor experience is a plus – but not required.)

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
