MAC specializes in advanced sand separation systems for dairy operations, and we are seeking a full-time, experienced Millwright to join our Menomonie team. We’re looking for a dependable professional with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to help provide exceptional service to our rapidly growing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair a wide range of agricultural equipment while delivering outstanding customer service
- Perform repairs both in-shop and on customer sites
- Use a computer/laptop to complete service reports and required documentation
- Manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment to your role
- Work extended hours as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs
- Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and accurately
- Promote and practice safety at all times, including proper use of safety equipment
- Overtime is paid over 40hrs/pay period
- Any travel time overnight pays an additional $10/hr, $50 per diem and paid single hotel room in a nice hotel
- Read or be able to learn how to read blueprints
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
