Float Customer Service Representative (Teller/CSR)

Honor Bank is hiring a Float Customer Service Representative (CSR/Teller) to provide branch coverage across our eight locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and supporting multiple branch teams.
Float CSRs perform traditional teller and customer service duties while traveling between branches based on staffing needs (PTO, sick time, vacancies, or customer volume).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a retail banking environment
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions
- Balance cash drawer, vault, and ATM activities accurately
- Promote bank products and make referrals to meet branch goals
- Follow all banking compliance and security procedures (BSA, CIP, OFAC)
- Travel to assigned branches throughout the week as needed
Qualifications
- Customer service or teller/cash handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to work at multiple branch locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:
