Position: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Location: Fort Wayne and Auburn locations
Employment Type: Full-Time Salary, or Part Time Hourly
Pay: From $60,000.00 a year with higher compensation available based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated clinical expertise.

What You'll Do
As a BCaBA, you will:
- Provide direct supervision and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans developed under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor treatment progress
- Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization
- Complete clinical documentation in accordance with company, insurance, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Qualifications
Required:
- Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations if needed
