Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Repair and service complex vehicle systems such as powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools skillfully to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with precision.
- Conduct wheel alignments and suspension system repairs to maintain vehicle safety and handling standards.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including diesel engine repair and EURO vehicle systems, to provide expert service.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and understanding vehicle electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software for accurate troubleshooting.
- Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, vehicle transmission systems, and suspension systems.
- Familiarity with ADAS calibration procedures and alignment techniques.
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working with diesel engines and performing comprehensive vehicle system repairs.
- Technical proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
