OUR WORKPLACE
We are a skilled nursing facility operating 24/7. Our facility is committed to providing the highest quality of care and services assuring human dignity and quality of life for our residents, their families, and our employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates the ordering of all house stock and chargeable supplies with nursing and other staff.
- Responsible for ordering and tracking supplies.
- Establishes PAR levels
- Verifies supply order at the time of delivery, inspects for damaged goods, and verifies against purchase orders.
- Distributes supplies to appropriate locations.
- Assists with daily and monthly physical inventory.
- Ensures supply room is properly secured and supplies are kept out of reach of residents at all times.
- Cleans equipment in compliance with infection control procedures.
- Provides safe transportation services to our patients
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification required
- Successful criminal background check
- Long-term care facility experience preferred
- Valid and clear DL for North Carolina
