We are hiring a Mobile Detail Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires consistency, discipline, and attention to detail at a professional level. You will be responsible for traveling to client locations and executing full vehicle detailing services with zero shortcuts and no excuses. Every vehicle must be completed to a strict, high quality standard. This role is for individuals who take pride in their work and can operate independently in a fast paced environment. All positions are paid.
Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations and complete full vehicle detailing services without supervision
- Perform interior and exterior detailing to a consistent showroom-level standard every time
- Wash, decontaminate, and properly finish all exterior surfaces using correct procedures and products
- Execute paint enhancement steps including buffing/polishing when required
- Clean interiors thoroughly including vacuuming, wiping, deep cleaning surfaces, and glass cleaning
- Ensure no missed areas, no streaks, no residue, and no unfinished work is left behind
- Maintain and properly care for all equipment, tools, and supplies
- Communicate professionally with customers when necessary, but remain focused on execution and efficiency
- Work in all weather conditions without affecting quality or performance
Requirements / Experience
- Prior experience in detailing. 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Must have strong attention to detail, incomplete or careless work will not be accepted
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without constant direction
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Ability to follow exact instructions and maintain consistent quality across every job
- Customer communication skills must be professional and direct
Expectations
This is not a casual position. We operate at a high standard, and every vehicle must reflect that standard. If you cannot consistently produce high quality work, this role is not for you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130.00 - $210.00 per day
