We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Repair & Equipment Installation Manager to oversee daily operations related to pool equipment repair, replacement, and installation. This role focuses on servicing existing pools, including troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading equipment systems. This position does not involve new pool construction or structural work.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, lighting, and automation controls
- Manage and perform installation of new or replacement pool equipment
- Schedule and oversee service calls and installation jobs
- Ensure all work meets company standards and safety guidelines
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and recommendations
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and job status
Requirements:
- Experience in pool equipment repair and installation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of pool systems, plumbing, and basic electrical components
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate schedules
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Experience with automation systems and modern pool technology
- CPO certification or willingness to obtain
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
